Day 1, CLARITY 2, full analysis set (VIZZ: n=77; vehicle: n=76). 3-line vehicle 5%-12%, 2-line vehicle 17%-24%. CLARITY 2 trial: Near visual acuity was assessed at 40cm using monocular DCNVA (distance-corrected near visual acuity). CLARITY was a Phase 3, multicenter, double-masked, randomized, controlled efficacy and safety study of VIZZ (1.44% aceclidine) for the treatment of presbyopia. Once-daily VIZZ is simple for patients to use¹:

Instill one drop in each eye, wait 2 minutes and instill a second drop in each eye once daily from the same single-dose vial.
If more than one topical ophthalmic drug is being used, the drugs should be administered at least 5 minutes apart.
Contact lenses should be removed prior to instillation of VIZZ and may be reinserted 10 minutes following its administration.
